Second and third day

These days we’ve dedicated the class to do cooperative Crossfit in which we had to do a series of exercises following a WOD (work of day). Some of the exercises were the following:

running
Running series of 2 minutes with a rest of half a minute.

And much more exercises that we did in our groups several times.
